Solvarox provides website monitoring, security and SEO assessments, performance checks, and related reporting. We may offer a free Revenue Risk Audit as well as paid Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Authorization to Scan
When you submit a website URL for an audit or monitoring, you represent and warrant that you own that website or are otherwise authorized to request that it be scanned and analyzed. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions. You agree not to submit any website that you are not authorized to test, and you will indemnify us for any claim arising from an unauthorized submission.
4. Free Audits and No Guarantee of Results
Any audit, score, or recommendation we provide is informational and based on the data available at the time of assessment. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent security incidents, downtime, lost revenue, or changes in search rankings, or that any particular result will be achieved. The Services are not a substitute for professional security, legal, or financial advice.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep any account credentials secure, and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Services to test, probe, or attack any system you do not own or have permission to test;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services except as permitted by law; or
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVAROX AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR USD 100.
